At Chopistry, we offer a 30-day return policy, providing you with sufficient time to request a return after receiving your item.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria: it must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, undamaged, with the tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damage and Issues: We recommend that you inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was delivered, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue promptly and work to resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable due to their nature. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as personalized items), and health-related products. We cannot accept returns on these items.
